For deeply internalized messages, I utilize CBT techniques and mindfulness exercises, to help reframe the messages that individuals have often accepted as truth over a lifetime.

No one deserves to be forgotten and that includes our true self that can get lost in all of the adapting that is done to cope. I would be honored to partner with you as you work to rediscover your true self.

I partner with clients to bring awareness to the influences that have shaped the identities out of which they have been living.

I work with individuals on the challenges that arise around neurodivergence, complex trauma, spiritual abuse and cult survivors. Understanding our context matters. I work with people to better understand the context of life experiences that have formed us.

Therapy was transformational in my own life. Having another person listen to our story has the ability to change our life. I want to listen to yours.
