I specialize in treating individuals who are survivors of various forms of trauma, and those struggling with body image issues/changes, low self-esteem, life transitions, women’s issues, depression, OCD, and anxiety disorders.

I became a therapist because:

For me, being a therapist allows me to often amplify the small voice clients already have inside of them, and it is always a privilege to see it grow!

I see clients via a HIPAA compliant telehealth platform, and encourage you to (while ensuring privacy) schedule therapy in a comfortable space!
