I specialize in treating life transitions, mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, disordered eating, chronic illness, and issues related to aging. My approach is primarily rooted in psychodynamic therapy, but I also integrate other therapuetic interventions when appropriate to best meet the needs of my clients.

Becoming a therapist has not only allowed me to pursue my passion for helping others but has also enriched my own understanding of humanity.
