I work with adults who want to better understand themeselves and the current circumstances that cause pain and dissatisfaction.

We will work to identify and explore how your history and past experiences may be contributing to current patterns of behaviors and relationships that no longer benefit you. We will utilize therapy to forge new ways of coping with current problems, and more effective ways of relating to others in order to improve life satisfaction.

As a licensed clinical social worker, I specialize in treating eating disorders, mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, chronic illness, and issues related to aging. My approach is primarily rooted in psychodynamic therapy, but I also integrate other therapuetic interventions when appropriate to best meet the needs of my clients.

I became a therapist because I believe in the importance of human connection and the healing power of feeling seen and understood by another person. I consider it a gift to truly see, know and be present with my clients in the uniqueness of the therapuetic relationship.

I hold a Master's in Social Work and am a certified Intuitive Eating Counselor. I entered the mental health field in 2005 and have owned my solo, private practice since 2017. My training includes extensive clinical supervision and coursework in the treatment of eating disorders.
