If you’re wanting someone with a direct approach who is focused on digging in with you to help identify and change unhelpful patterns, beliefs, and behaviors in your life and relationships, then I’m your person.

explore how your family, social locations and life experiences impact your areas of concern because as a culturally sensitive, social justice focused, LGBTQIA/poly affirmative, and kink-aware therapist, I believe this is important to the work.

I specialize in working with people who:

are experiencing relational conflict, life transitions and divorce, and struggle with issues around communication, intimacy, blended families, empty nesting, self-worth, and trauma.

In addition to being a therapist, I am also an adjunct professor, supervisor, and trainer of new therapists, so if my caseload is full, my practice always has several up and coming therapists ready to work with you under my guidance!
