Whether you are dealing with relationship changes and life transitions or you are in the depths of depression and anxiety, I have multiple tools and modalities that I use to offer support and to navigate change. I utilize EMDR and other modalities.

We will explore what influences your past experiences might be having on your current difficulties. We will explore how your nervous system is responding to the world around you and we will work toward your goals of improved functioning.

My client's experiences range from adjusting to life transitions and changes, to depression and anxiety, to substance use, to codependency, and trauma. Some clients are new to therapy, and some are experienced in therapy. All are welcome.

Becoming a therapist is something that has evolved naturally over time and sometime I simply feel called to do. I can't imagine doing anything else.

I offer therapy virtually out of my home office. I some have a dog or 2 in my office with me and you may see them in the background!
