My approach to therapy is collaborative. We will work together to determine the best course forward, whether that is CBT, EMDR, or another form of therapy. I approach every session with an interest in what is the most important to you on that day.

We will together explore what influences your past experiences might be having on your current difficulties. We will explore how your nervous system is responding to the world around you and we will work toward your goals of improved functioning.

I specialize in working with people who:

I specialize in life transitions, grief, depression, anxiety, co-dependency and trauma. I work with people experiencing a variety of symptoms and difficulties in their daily lives and relationships.

I became a therapist because:

I understand what it feels like to be stuck in patterns that do not serve us, and I have experienced what healing looks and feels like.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I offer therapy virtually out of my home office. I often have a dog or 2 in my office with me and you may see them in the background!

My practice continues to expand and grow. My passion in life is to walk beside and guide people in their journeys through life and healing. It is a privilege to walk the journey with you.
