It is important to me that clients are involved in the treatment planning process. This is your journey and you are the expert on yourself.

Work towards the goals that you have set whether it is to gain knowledge on a particular thing you are interested in, reduce symptoms, or build a stronger relationship with your partner or child.

Helpful, knowledgeable, and at times unconventional, as I like to use a combination of modalities.

Have infant and child loss, I enjoy working with children and teens. I also like to help people work on communication skills. I am currently in a training to assist members of the military and their families.

I want people to see their strengths and potential. I want to help people see that they are the experts of themselves and that they are special.

I work online, so that I can offer services across the state of Iowa, I can help people who are in rural areas, that may not have access to care.
