If you are looking for a therapist with a blank, neutral face who gives an occasional "mhm" while you vent for 50 minutes, I'm not your guy. I think if you're doing therapy right, it is not going to be easy. Sometimes we have to hurt to heal.

Build off your tools. If one tool isn't working, we'll go back to the drawing board together to see why, and consider another strategy from your toolbox. Therapy and the work will occur during and outside of session to be most effective.

A therapist that will challenge them, be direct, and actively engage throughout session to address the internal and external factors causing issues.

Are ready for a change. If you are tired of unhealthy cycles in your life and you're ready to make some big steps to disrupt the pattern, I think we'll make a good team. I have especially enjoyed working with men's issues and giving a space to grow.

I get one of the most amazing privileges of witnessing people transform their lives from a place of suffering to growth and genuine happiness.

Currently I have openings for Tuesdays at 9 AM or some Wednesdays at 8 AM.
