I specialize in working with people who:

I speacialize in working with women who are feeling burnt out, tired, and stressed out in daily life or are finding themselves overwhelmed with a life transition. I work with women who want to discover a way to feel more energized by life again.

I became a therapist because:

I believe having a safe understanding place to work through tough thoughts & feelings can be life changing for the mind & body.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

Offering telehealth allows clients the flexibility to participate in sessions without having to drive or sit in waiting rooms, saving them time.

More about me and my practice:

I believe in the mind and body connection and when one of those areas is struggling it impacts the other, making it imperative to understand how our mind impacts our body and vice versa. I also believe we owe it to ourselves to let go of our hurt.
