Authentic. When I show up as my genuine self, it creates space for you to do the same. That shared authenticity helps build mutual trust and a real sense of connection. Sometimes, it might mean we experience very human moments of awkwardness or discomfort together. I find that those authentic interactions tend to lead to new insights and greater confidence.

During our first couple of sessions, we'll work together to set concrete goals. Throughout therapy, we'll refer back to these goals to measure your progress, and we'll update them as we go.

I believe that everyone deserves therapy that is whole-heartedly affirming of their gender and sexual orientation, especially in this current political climate. My office is a safe, affirming, empowering space for you to explore issues related to sexuality and gender, and it always will be.
