I am non-judgmental and show up as my authentic, human self. I create a comfortable, safe environment for self-exploration and growth.
Something to know about my approach is:
I use an integrative, trauma informed approach that aims to deepen your connection with yourself and your body. My therapeutic style is relational and is based in developmental theory and attachment theory.
Together, we will:
Deepen your self-awareness and heal your relationship with yourself so you can feel truly comfortable in your own skin. You will become an expert on who are you and what you need, and learn how to advocate for your needs without guilt or shame.
I specialize in working with people who:
Struggle with low self-esteem and anxiety. Who second-guess themselves and over-analyze the things they do and say. They have a hard time setting boundaries, and struggle with people-pleasing, perfectionism, and conflict avoidance.
I became a therapist because:
I became a therapist because having a nonjudgmental space to deepen our self-awareness and self-compassion is life changing.
More about me and my practice:
Through therapy with me you'll become an expert on how to set boundaries, access your center, and assert your truest self. You will deepen your self-understanding, self-compassion, and self-trust.
