Hi I'm Casey. I specialize in helping clients through times of major change and clients who need healing from anxiety or trauma. I love to help others learn and use tools that reduce stress and anxiety. My ultimate goal is to get to the root of what is causing distress so we can maintain lasting change

Together we will establish goals that are guided by your needs and what is important to you. We then work towards those goals together using different techniques of therapy tailored to you and your story. Some types of therapy we EMDR, Emotion Focused Individual Therapy, Parts work, Client Centered Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
