I have more than 20 years of experience in helping teenagers and adults with dual diagnosis, anxiety, depression, mood management, stress, substance use, burnout, grief and loss, life transitions, gambling and relapse prevention.

I specialize in mental health and addictions and am a licensed clinical addiction counselor, a clinical social worker in Kansas and Missouri and also a Kansas clinical gambling counselor.

My passion is helping people find fulfilling and rewarding lives in whatever space they are in. There is always a solution and I can help you find it.

Our space is welcoming with people's experiences in mind including a mindful sisyphus table, free water, tea and coffee and lots of plants and light.
