We will discuss your past and your present to understand who you are today. We will work towards achieving your goals for what you want in the future. We will dig into the uncomfortable spaces to help bring about change for a happier future.

I enjoy working with couples and families. Relationships are a key part of our lives and I enjoy helping improve interactions and/or help clients know when a relationship is not adding value to their life.

I wanted to help those who need a safe space to sort through what often can feel like conflicting emotions and thoughts to help work towards clarity.

My office is conveniently located close to two major highways and on a major road making it easily accessible and close to restaurants and shops.

I am an active individual who likes to enjoy life to it's fullest. I love travel, fitness and dance in addition to spending time with my husband, family and fur babies! I offer in-person and telehealth sessions (some outside of regular hours).
