Compassionate, insightful, and validating. I gently challenge my clients while offering support and humor to create a safe and trusting space.
I tailor my approach to your needs and goals. We may work on retraining your nervous system to respond differently to stress or exploring parts of yourself with curiosity and compassion to support healing and growth.
explore your experiences, challenge unhelpful beliefs, and deepen self-understanding to build a life that aligns with your values. We may use guided techniques to help process past experiences or connect with different parts of yourself in a new way.
struggle with their relationship with food and body image, are tired of dieting, and want to explore a more compassionate and sustainable approach to eating and self-care.
I believe people thrive when they feel heard and understood, and I’m passionate about creating a space where clients can heal and grow.
I offer virtual and in-person sessions in my cozy office in Corporate Woods and can offer walk-and-talk therapy in the nearby park as weather allows!
Before becoming a therapist, I spent a decade as a musical theatre actor and director in NYC, where I honed my ability to explore emotions, make creative connections, and listen with curiosity—skills I now bring to my work as a therapist.
