My approach is sex-positive, trauma-informed, and direct without being harsh. I won’t just nod along—I help you connect insight to real change. Therapy with me is collaborative, grounded, and focused on helping you understand your patterns, build self-trust, and create relationships that actually feel good to live in.

Together, we will untangle patterns that no longer serve you, explore identity and desire without shame, and build skills for communication, boundaries, and emotional regulation. The goal isn’t to “fix” you—it’s to help you feel more clear, confident, and aligned in how you live and relate.

My clients describe me as direct, grounded, and easy to talk to. I’m someone who will challenge you when needed, but always with respect and care. I don’t overcomplicate things, and I don’t judge—clients often say they feel both understood and gently pushed toward meaningful change.

I specialize in working with people navigating relationship challenges, identity exploration, and desire. This includes clients in kink, BDSM, and consensual non-monogamy, as well as those healing from trauma or discovering they are ADHD or autistic later in life.

I became a therapist because I saw how often people are misunderstood, mislabeled, or shamed for who they are. I wanted to create a space where people could be honest about their experiences—especially around relationships, identity, and sexuality—and be met with clarity, respect, and real support.

My practice is rooted in authenticity, consent, and emotional safety. I bring both clinical training and lived experience into the room, but sessions are always focused on you. I work best with clients who are curious, open, and ready to look honestly at themselves—even when it’s uncomfortable.
