I'm gentle, but truthful. I will challenge you, but always strive to make it in a way that works for YOU. We're all different. Therapy should be as unique as you are. I love to integrate creative activities or interventions into our sessions.

I specialize in working with people who:

Are motivated to make real effective change in their lives, but also those who just have no clue which way to turn. I work a lot with people who have felt like an outsider for much of their lives. Whether that's kink, lgbt, geeks, or just insecurity.

I became a therapist because:

Most therapists have personal stories that nudged them toward the field. I'm not an exception to this. Occasionally, my stories are used in session.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

It's not stuffy. My room is covered in nerdy stuff. We've also got at least one therapy dog on the premises most of the time.

More about me and my practice:

I've been in private practice since January 2019, and working in the field in community mental health or group practice since 2016. I'm a mother in a blended family, a dog mom, a confident plus sized woman, and embrace my dork side. Let's meet!
