Are ages 12-28 who crave a supportive, nonjudgmental space to explore themselves and overcome life's... disasters, to put that lightly. I have lived experience with OCD, eating disorders, depression, and anxiety. You can heal and overcome, too.

I wanted to do better than the therapists I saw. I wanted someone who actually understood my struggles, not someone who just read about them in books.

Sessions happen from your own private cozy spot at home, school, or work, where you can relax and be yourself with the things that bring you comfort.
