My approach is deeply relational, trauma-informed, and grounded in the belief that healing unfolds within the safety of authentic connection. I draw from modalities like Internal Family Systems (IFS), DBT, CBT and psychodynamic theory to tailor care to each individual. I hold space for all parts of you especially the ones you’ve learned to hide.
