My approach can be described as collaborative and strength based. I utilize CBT and mindfulness techniques such as breathing and movement techniques to help clients find a sense of peace and managing their anxiety symptoms.

I specialize in working with women who feel anxious, overwhelmed, and stressed out. I can help relieve panic attacks and anxious feelings such as tension in the body by teaching you self-soothing techniques to gain healing.
I became a therapist because:
I struggle with managing my own stress and anxiety. Due to this I have a passion for helping women overcome their difficulties to find peace and calm.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
I offer telethealth only. There’s such great benefits to this, such as being able to have therapy from the comfort of your own home.
