ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS
OFFERS REMOTE THERAPY
My clients describe me as:
authentic, personable, and inviting. I care about the well-being of my clients - body, mind, and spirit- and treat the whole person.
Something to know about my approach is:
I utilize a trauma-informed lens when working with my clients. As a CPTT Candidate through IITAP, I approach trauma and betrayal trauma through a framework meant to empower you and equip you with tools to overcome your past to thrive in your present.
Together, we will:
uncover past and current circumstances contributing to your experience, set and utilize healthy boundaries for self-care and stronger relationships, and replace faulty perceptions of self with truth - restoring your sense of self-worth and dignity.
I specialize in working with people who:
want to “thrive, not just survive.” I am particularly passionate about helping those recovering from trauma to recognize factors within their control to recover who they are, despite their circumstances.
I became a therapist because:
I have a genuine love for people. I am passionate about helping clients restore the qualities they recognized in themselves prior to difficulties.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
I have a private patio space next to a lake. At times during treatment, strong emotions can cause us to feel uncentered. Nature connects us to now.
More about me and my practice:
I strive to provide a safe place for those hoping to process their experiences through a Christian lens. I am respectful of religious beliefs as well as processing any religious trauma contributing to your experience.
