I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) where I help people recognize their thought patterns and how thoughts affect the intensity of your feelings and behaviors. I use a holistic approach of the individual and how to deal with life’s challenges.
Together, we will:
Ask for their life story from the past to the present situation and discuss their strengths, interests and their obstacles. To get to the bottom of what is causing their distress.
