While I utilize multiple evidence-based practices, I also love incorporating creativity and expression. This may include projects and activities that we do together to explore the emotions we often struggle with bringing to the surface.

We will discuss overwhelming experiences and emotions that happen in-the-now and in the past. We will tackle the unknown and attempt to understand it together. My goal is for you to feel supported so you do not have to face your circumstances alone.

Have struggled with being understood by others, or struggle with expressing themselves. I also specialize in helping others who may have experienced distressing experiences and thoughts they may be afraid to share. I work with people from 5 to 60+

I understand what it's like to be uncertain and afraid of being judged for your experiences. My mental health journey led me here.

The office I am located is small with a handful of employees. We are easy going and have minimal foot traffic.
