I enjoy working w/individuals who are just learning they may be Autistic/ADHD/AuDHD. I can help you navigate your world with this the lens of neurodivergence.. I also really enjoy helping people advocate and set boundaries for themselves.

I have experience in working with Autism, Anxiety, ADHD, & Maternal mental health (PPD/PPA) issues. Neurodivergence is my main area of focus. I work with individuals to get where they need to be to live happy and healthy lives.

I enjoy helping people advocate for themselves. I love helping individuals find their true self and work towards being who they want to be.

I am telehelath only. In a session you will see some of my cats from time to time. I have 3 cats: Plop, Rasputin, and KitKat.
