I use a strength-based approach to help clients enhance and utilize existing skills to reach their treatment goals. We work together to identify barriers and challenges to achieving their desired lifestyle. Community resources provided as needed.

Discuss challenges and symptoms related to a variety of mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, mood disturbance, family conflict, and growing up in addiction and/or dysfunction related to untreated mental illness.
