Anticipate feeling some relief within two sessions. Our first session will include identifying emotions or habits that are negatively impacting your life. From there, we will work on managing them and better understanding the "why" behind them.

My space is in a converted historic home in downtown Lexington with easy access from most locations in town. I also offer therapy via telehealth.
