My approach utilizes a strengths-focused lens, grounded in radical compassion and social work core values in an effort to reimagine what healing can feel like given the inherently oppressive systems we have learned to navigate throughout our lives.

Explore the landscape of Feeling Together and UnLearn past coping tied to narratives that do not honor our neurodiversity and human complexity. This process helps the participant come to feel more at home within themselves and take the lead in life.

I honor the unique insights and expertise of the participant and tailor my efforts in an emergent and presence-centered way. Empowerment is key.

Young people, Artists, Activists, Caregivers, Healers, and other Social Service Providers, who are interested in expanding their imagination and self-definition beyond the labels that no longer serve them in who they are becoming.
