Explore the landscape of Feeling Together and UnLearn past coping tied to narratives that do not honor our neurodiversity and human complexity. This process helps the participant come to feel more at home within themselves and take the lead in life.

I specialize in working with people who:

Young people, Artists, Activists, Caregivers, Healers, and other Social Service Providers, who are interested in expanding their imagination and self-definition beyond the labels that no longer serve them in who they are becoming.

I became a therapist because:

I know the scope of possibilities when we go inward and get curious about who we are and why we do what we do. I am committed to the Healing Journey.
