I approach counseling from a Cognitive-Behavioral perspective in that patterns of thought and action is explored to better understand the client’s problems and work with the client to develop solutions. Also, offer a safe place without judgment.

I provide counseling to clients having behavior, and cognitive issues. These counseling services are individual or family services for symptom and behavior management in addition to enhancement of maintenance of daily living skills.

I became a therapist because:

Becoming a therapist stems from my desire to return to the community to serve. It is in that spirit of working with others to accomplish their goals.

Online counseling is fairly new, and I've found it effective for the feeling of comfort through the initial introductions and sessions.
