Working with me means feeling at ease. While we’ll engage in clinical work and psychoeducation, there will also be space for laughter and genuine connection. Therapy is multifaceted, and I lead with compassion to create a safe space.

I work with a variety of clients with a desire to work through anxiety, stress, attachment issues, and the feeling they are stuck in the same cycles, unable to get out on their own.

Working with me has been described as comfortable, warm, and safe. I balance clinical skills with emotional explorations, leading to lasting change.

I work with those who feel they cannot get of the same cycle or pattern and examining why that is, and how to remove yourself from the cycle. Whether it be understanding attachment wounds, emotional regulation, of different parts of self. m

I've always wanted to help others and found therapy to be the most rewarding place to do that.

My practice is based on adaptation. With the world constantly changing and needs shifting, I'm of the belief therapy should shift and grow in the same manner.

I follow a team based approach. Rather than client and therapist, I think of us as a team working together toward the common goal of improvement.
