I use a "sandwich approach" to help you find healing. I will help you to learn coping skills to better regulate your emotions, while also using approaches that go deeper in the brain and body to gently and effectively heal trauma.

We will get curious to learn more about you and all of your parts: parts that are anxious, hurt, upset, angry, vulnerable, brave, confident, and loved. We will work together to find integration to stop the inner battle and find peace.

I don't want us to just talk. We will move, meditate, create, reflect. I go beyond traditional talk therapy to radically change and heal your system. I believe we all have light within us; we sometimes need help to find it and let it shine.
