Explore practical skills for emotional regulation (naming and understanding our emotions), Interpersonal Effectiveness, Distress Tolerance (managing/accepting uncomfortable emotions), and Mindfulness (awareness and acceptance of the present moment).

I specialize in working with people who:

I'm passionate about helping teens, young adults, and adults navigate their emotions and life transitions, ADHD or Neurodivergence, "former gifted kids" experiencing burnout, and folks seeking a safe space to process trauma or childhood experiences.

I became a therapist because:

I know what it's like to be in spaces where it’s not always easy to be our authentic selves (masking). You are allowed and deserving to take up space!

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I offer in-person sessions at HoneyB Wellness (we have tea, snacks, and comfortable couches!) as well as virtual sessions/telehealth.
