I'm a warm, compassionate, engaged, curious, non-judgmental therapist. I stay grounded and true to myself to help you do the same.
My work is deeply relational, non-pathologizing, and anti-oppressive. I'm sex positive, LGBTQ+-allied, and kink- and poly-aware. I use an intuitive blend of inner child work, somatic exploration, education and EMDR to help shift beliefs and patterns.
take a brave look at the unhealthy self-beliefs and patterns that are keeping you stuck in cycles of people-pleasing, perfectionism, emotional overwhelm, avoidance, or co-dependence. We'll heal your relationship to yourself, others, & the collective
are anxious, people-pleasers, perfectionists, who are stuck in patterns of avoidance, codependence, and emotional overwhelm or who feel not-good-enough, like a burden, or worthless because of the trauma they carry from family, peers, or society.
I love helping folks heal their deepest wounds so they can go from just surviving to thriving. It's all about finding that post-traumatic growth.
In person, my office walls are purple! I work virtually with MD folks from Baltimore, which is the best city ever (and I've lived a lot of places!)
I've been practicing social work since 2012 and worked with folks ages 5-85 and in a variety of settings across the US. I am a cis, white, able-bodied, bi, middle class woman. I love cooking, crafting, and DIYing, and helping folks heal.
