I create a trauma informed, collaborative, and calm atmosphere with sometimes a little bit of humor. I will treat you as a person, and understand that you are not your trauma or diagnosis. I use an individualized, holistic, and eclectic approach.

Learn how to identify feelings & emotions...learn how to regulate emotions...understand the mind-body connection... teach how to regulate your nervous system...psycho education and of course some good laughs (when appropriate)!

I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, life stressors, domestic violence, and sport pressures. I work with adolescents, teenagers, young adults, and adults.

I became a therapist because:

Nobody deserves to be alone in their mental health journey. I want to be a part of the change in the world to end the stigma around mental health.

Therapy in person is offered in a beautiful rowhouse in Baltimore City, Federal Hill filled with a warm, inclusive, and an inviting atmosphere.
