Approaching your goals will be a joint activity. We will identify what you need out of therapy and how we will get there. Whether it is exploring your past to find insight or looking towards the future and finding skills we will do it together.

I specialize in working with people who:

I have extensive experience working with clients who struggle with trauma, depression, anxiety, and self-esteem issues. I help clients work on themselves and help parents learn to best handle issues with their children.

I became a therapist because:

I have a great desire to listen, support, encourage, and guide people when they are struggling the most.
