I specialize in ADHD and executive function issues.

At the same time, we will also help you address anxiety, low self-esteem or motivation, and other factors that are hindering your success.

I'm somewhat unique in what I do. As a psychologist, I often blend traditional psychotherapy with ADHD & Executive Function (EF) Coaching. I provide individual therapy/ADHD & EF coaching, testing for ADHD and learning disabilities, and offer a 1:1 two hour executive functioning boot camp.
