I have worked with individuals of all ages but specialize in working with teenagers and adults. I am a trauma-informed therapist but I also specialize in working with people experiencing financial hardship, anger,anxiety, depression, and self-doubt.
I became a therapist because:
getting to know yourself better is one of the greatest feelings. I want to help people find peace in their past and present no matter how challenging.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
I am a registered 200-hour yoga instructor and add the benefits of yoga's physical connection within our sessions to increase body and mind awareness.
