ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS
My clients describe me as:
Someone who emanates warmth, compassion, and facilitates an environment of radical acceptance of all the parts that make you uniquely you.
Something to know about my approach is:
I specialize in the unique experiences of multicultural women and take a trauma informed, culturally integrative approach, where your cultural story is both centered and integrated as a source of healing in our therapy work.
Together, we will:
Collaboratively we’ll tap into the wealth of resources, strength, brilliance, and wisdom that live within you, your family, ancestors, and traditions. Healing happens together, let's connect!
I specialize in working with people who:
are cultural hybrids, 1st or 2nd generation or hold hyphenated identities. For those of us who have a foot in two, three, or more cultural worlds, we might feel like we don’t belong or find ourselves changing parts of who we are are to feel accepted.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
Our building is ADA accessible. We are located just a few short minutes from the Merriweather District, a hub for food, music, culture, and art.
More about me and my practice:
Growing up in a multicultural, multifaith, and multiracial family I have often found myself in the in-betweens. This lived experience intensified my passion to create Calamansi Counseling, a collective space for those who share similar stories.
