OFFERS REMOTE THERAPY
ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS
My clients describe me as:
caring, supportive, and empowering.
Something to know about my approach is:
that I'm open to working with you as long as you're open to DOING the work with me. I can't force you, but I will be here to listen, support, and help you recognize how you can get to where you want to be. This can be your safe space.
Together, we will:
work to help you recognize the tools you already have to grow, heal, and feel self-empowered for the next chapter of your life.
I specialize in working with people who:
have experienced depression, anxiety, or trauma related to their childhood, identity, race, or gender.
I became a therapist because:
representation is imperative to help provide the kind of support, advocacy, and empowerment accessed in therapy.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
it is Black women owned and prioritizes care for clients so that it can be provided anywhere you need virtually.
