I specialize in addiction counseling and have over 3 years of experience working in residential centers, including with adolescents. My approach focuses on using my curiosity, empathy, and compassion to support my clients.

Explore childhood, relationships, and other patterns of behavior. We may discuss traumatic experiences, or focus on increasing your self-esteem. I also do work focused on the inner child and the parts of our identity.

I specialize in working with people who:

I specialize in working with individuals in active recovery from addiction, or think they may have a problem with drugs. I work well with women suffering from domestic violence or intimate partner violence. I also in relationships and men issues.

I became a therapist because:

I became a therapist with the hope of making a change and a difference. I am empowered to support my clients and offer unconditional positive regard.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I offer tele-therapy to meet the flexibility of our current world. I plan to expand my hours into a physical practice in the fall.
