I am a biracial and bilingual (French & English) woman who believes that everyone is capable of growth with the right support system. Because no two people ever have the same experiences, I use a culturally sensitive and integrative approach to therapy.

I specialize in working with athletes, high-achievers, and anyone feeling stuck in their growth. My work sits at the intersection of mental health, identity, and performance. With a strong foundation in mental health and a grounded sense of self, you can move through life with more freedom, alignment, and trust in who you are.

As a 5x Team Canada hurdler, I know how mental wellness can drive, disrupt, or define performance and well-being. My journey through injuries, harmful dynamics, and a “toughen up” culture in sports showed me the cost of silence. I aim to normalize caring for mental health as essential to growth, healing, and ultimately performance.

As a biracial Black woman, a lot of my work also centers around supporting multiracial individuals in exploring their evolving identities and understanding how those identities influence the way they show up in both performance spaces and everyday life.
