I approach difficulties in life from a client-centered standpoint, understanding that people are not one size fits all! I use DBT techniques and a trauma focused lens to reduce anxiety, depression, and more.

We will work together to get rid of the constant worrying or feeling like everything is a disaster.We will explore why break downs happen more & you feel like you just can't handle even one more thing. Together we will build resiliency & confidence.

I want to help others feel empowered to ask for help when needed, knowing you don't have to do this alone.

I work with teens and adults to help them rise in the face of hardship, building perseverance to move confidently into whatever the future holds for you. I offer both in person or virtual therapy and walk and talk therapy is also an option.
