Lechia (pronounced Lee-sha) has a passion for helping people live their best lives. Life brings stress for everyone in some way, and how you deal with it makes the difference in your happiness and success. A healthy mental status helps.

help you with your physical and mental health needs, while considering your input. We understand that ultimately this is your life and you have a say-so in your future. Lechia will care for you with empathy and will encourage and empower you.

I specialize in working with people who:

new mothers, those transitioning from college, starting a new career, living in domestic violence situations, persons who have been sexually assaulted, patients with chronic pain, and with men and women in the jail system.

I became a therapist because:

Throughout my bedside nursing career, I realized people needed mental health assistance through all of their life experiences.

Lighthouse Mental Health Services is made up of three nurse practitioners with a variety of life experiences and years of helping others. I have personally trained the other two so that we are consistent, compassionate, and helpful to our patients.
