I utilize CBT & Positive Psychology, to help you learn to be a positive thinker & see the good in every day. I use Gestalt therapy to help clients see a different perspective & brief therapy to find what worked in the past & adapt it to the present.

In our first session, we will talk about you and your life. We will identify the things and times in your life when you were the happiest and we will contrast those times with present feelings.
