My clients describe me as:
warm, accepting, and attuned. As a therapist, my goal is to provide a nonjudgmental and safe environment to allow you to explore yourself and heal.
Something to know about my approach is:
I am collaborative & strength based in my approach, often using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in my work. In our first session, you can expect to explore what brought you to therapy, set personal goals, and process how you would like to be supported.
Together, we will:
explore stressors in your life and set targeted goals to guide you to better mental health. We will focus on building resilience and enhancing your natural strengths so you can live a more grounded and fulfilled life with joy and peace.
I specialize in working with people who:
struggle with anxiety, depression, and trauma. I have helped people learn to love themselves more, set better boundaries, leave toxic situations, and cope with significant life changes. The number one goal is helping you find a healthier you!
I became a therapist because:
I was inspired by work with my own therapist earlier in life who provided me space to explore my feelings and gain a healthier perspective in life.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
Virtual therapy often allows people to engage in healing practices without disruption to their day. I accept whatever space is comfortable for you.
More about me and my practice:
I use holistic approaches to healing. My practice focuses on improving self-care, incorporating movement and yoga, creating healthy sleep and eating habits, and utilizing creative expression with my clients as they are all crucial to your well-being.
