Helpful, honest, trusting, warm and safe.
Tina believes in a strength-based approach and provides psychoeducation so that you can become an expert in your own story. Tina's goal is to remove the stigma and shame to receiving treatment and provide a safe and non-judgmental space to healing.
Therapy is about what the client wants to discuss and achieve. Tina will help clients to explore any past experiences or challenges as well as current environmental, personal, or interpersonal issues that may be impacting wellness.
Tina specializes in working with men, women and children who may be struggling with past or current trauma, depression, anxiety, school avoidance, self-esteem, grief and loss as well as other mental health diagnoses and/or substance and alcohol use.
Tina became a therapist because she had a family member who committed suicide and a nephew who witnessed domestic violence and passed from cancer.
Tina also helps clients who are dealing with mid-life and post COVID-19 issues.
