I am extremely open and candid with my clients. They would describe me as requiring accountability but also bringing a lot of humor into session.

Something to know about my approach is:

I base my practice on radical accountability and deliberate choices. Clients can choose things that I think are unhealthy and I will support them the best way I'm able, but I will insist that they acknowledge the choice they are making and own it.

Together, we will:

We will chart the course of your therapy as a team. I work to deliver some symptom relief as early as possible so we can address underlying causes, which we will always do together. I will never tell you what to do, you will choose your actions.
