I currently have afternoon openings.
My clients describe me as:
Compassionate, non-judgmental, and relatable. You will find a warm, inviting, and safe space to heal from whatever is troubling you.
Something to know about my approach is:
I use cognitive behavioral approaches to manage symptoms of anxiety, depression and other types of mental health disorders using a trauma informed approach. EMDR is considered on a case by case basis for PTSD. Diagnostic consultations available.
Together, we will:
Work to improve overall mental health and well being, improving self awareness and having a deeper sense of purpose and ability to cope with both internal systems and external stressors using mindfulness and talk based therapy.
I specialize in working with people who:
are committed to the process of healing in whatever way that presents.
I became a therapist because:
I wanted help to empower others to be more confident and trusting in themselves. I also find a lot of value in genuine interactions
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
While I practice in Massachusetts, my love for travel keeps me mobile. You never know where you will find me!
More about me and my practice:
At my practice, we believe that therapy doesn't have to be overly serious to be effective. While we tackle important issues and work towards growth and healing, we also embrace moments of levity and laughter along the way.
