I use cognitive behavioral approaches to manage symptoms of anxiety, depression and other types of mental health disorders using a trauma informed approach. EMDR is considered on a case by case basis for PTSD. Diagnostic consultations available.

Work to improve overall mental health and well being, improving self awareness and having a deeper sense of purpose and ability to cope with both internal systems and external stressors using mindfulness and talk based therapy.

At my practice, we believe that therapy doesn't have to be overly serious to be effective. While we tackle important issues and work towards growth and healing, we also embrace moments of levity and laughter along the way.
