Often feel anxious, depressed, stuck or overwhelmed and aren't sure why. I specialize in treating anxiety disorders, working with highly sensitive people (HSP), adult survivors of childhood trauma, complex PTSD, and childhood emotional neglect (CEN).

I became a therapist because:

I believe all human beings have the capacity for healing and growth, and we don't have to do it alone!

I offer online therapy, which maximizes convenience and comfort while maintaining the same efficacy as in-person therapy.
