My approach to psychotherapy is collaborative and highly person-centered. I aim to provide a safe, supportive environment for my clients in ways that work best for them in order to deepen their understanding of themselves and learn new ways of coping with life's overwhelming challenges.

Approachable and authentic. They appreciate my direct communication style, sense of humor and ability to help them navigate challenges that feel too overwhelming to deal with alone.

Often feel anxious, depressed, stuck or overwhelmed and aren't sure why. I specialize in treating anxiety disorders, working with highly sensitive people (HSP), adult survivors of childhood trauma and emotional neglect (CEN).

I believe all human beings have the capacity for healing and growth, and that positive change is possible, no matter how big our challenges seem.

I love my work because it allows me to use my compassion and creativity to help each person in a highly customized way. I draw from my training in various therapy approaches to help people better understand and appreciate themselves. I have expertise in treating complex PTSD and integrate somatic (mind-body) interventions with clients if interested.
