I use a Strength based approach in my work. I believe in developing therapeutic relationships with the clients I work with. I start where the client is and what they want to work on. I also use humor when appropriate.

Determine how the client's mood has been. What the week was like any stressful moments and relationships.

I try to support clients with who they are and what they are challenged with. I try to see them and help in their healing.
