I use a strength based approach with clients, combining Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, meditation and positive imagery. I provide direct feedback and my clients are part of the treatment team.

Help clients manage their emotions and symptoms using proactive coping skills and techniques so that feelings of anxiety and depression no longer impact daily functioning or impede a person's growth. Clients always have a choice & a voice!
