My approach to therapy is to build a trusting relationship with my clients. I have an integrated approach to therapy. I approach therapy with cultural humility, openness, and curiosity.

In our work together, we’ll have the opportunity to deepen your understanding of your mental health and develop meaningful coping strategies. I try to create a supportive space where each client feels seen, heard, and empowered to share their unique perspective. Clients are invited to openly explore their experiences, including their culture and identity.

My clients describe me as kind, supportive, and understanding, qualities that help create a safe and trusting therapeutic environment. They often share that they feel heard and valued in our sessions. I approach therapy with warmth and compassion, meeting each person where they are and tailoring our work to support their individual needs and goals.
