I specialize in working with people who:

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to deal with OCD and Generalized Anxiety, coupled with customized treatment for your particular anxiety. Couples therapy, utilizing integrative skills combining compassionate behavioral therapy with Gottman and ETF.

I became a therapist because:

I had my own struggles. In my search to understand, I found it freeing to talk about and better understand myself. I am dedicated to helping you grow.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I have a private space in a suite of therapy offices on Newbury St., Boston. And I provide confidential HIPAA compliant telehealth as well.
